Organizational Architecture

I've spent 25 years operating inside complex organizations — leading teams, managing enterprise relationships, running digital transformation, and building systems across 40+ countries.

I've also spent the last several years as an EOS Integrator — working directly with founders and leadership teams to build organizational clarity, the right people in the right seats, and the processes that let businesses scale without breaking.

But the most important work I've done wasn't in the boardroom. It was the work I did — and am still doing — on myself. Understanding why I exist, what I'm accountable to, and what kind of leader and human I want to be.
